  The Conference Dinner is a highlight of AWMS2026, providing valuable networking opportunities for delegates, speakers and industry representatives. Sponsorship offers prominent brand exposure and association with one of the Conference's most anticipated events. Your organisation will receive acknowledgement in the lead up to and during the Conference, including:

• Gold Sponsorship – $4,000.00

  - Complimentary exhibition space to engage directly with delegates.
  - Distribution of up to three pages of promotional material in delegate registration packs.
• Platinum Sponsorship – $6,000.00

  • Conference website with direct link to your website
  • Conference program, including a half-page advertisement
  • Conference promotional materials and publications and our conference satchels (co-branded with AWMS)
  • Plenary session presentation slides
  - Placement of your organisation's banner in the Conference foyer.

  - Distribution of up to five pages of promotional material in delegate registration packs.
  - Optional: Complimentary exhibition space to showcase your organisation, products and services.
• Satchel Insert – $300.00
  Place your promotional material directly into every delegate's conference satchel and ensure your organisation reaches all attendees. Inserts may include an A4 flyer, brochure, postcard or approved promotional item. All materials are subject to AWMS approval.One paid insert is included in this sponsorship. Additional branded items such as notepads, pens or similar merchandise may be included at no extra cost when supplied alongside a paid insert.
• Silver Sponsorship (Trade exhibitor) – $2,000.00
  - Recognition as Conference sponsor with your logo placement:
  • Conference website, conference publications and promotional materials
  • Plenary session presentation slides
  - One complimentary Conference registration, including all standard delegate benefits.
  - Dedicated exhibition space (3m×2m floor area, one trestle table, one display board, two chairs)

• Symposium Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  A Symposium Sponsorship provides exclusive support for a dedicated conference stream. Your organisation will receive targeted exposure among delegates interested in the selected theme and be associated with leading research, policy and practice discussions.
